Restore joint range of motion, correct imbalances, and rebuild foundational strength using therapeutic exercise and movement retraining

Stage 3: Functional Progression

Kinesiologists and Strength Coaches implement sport-specific movement patterns, power development, and neuromuscular control to simulate real play demands

Stage 4: Return to Sport

Gradual return to full sport participation with continued monitoring. Regular force plate testing is used throughout all phases to objectively measure asymmetries and track strength improvements, ensuring a safe and confident return
