Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists utilize diagnostic and assessment procedures in order to develop and implement preventive and therapeutic courses of intervention. Treatment options may include manual therapy, manipulative therapy, electrical modalities, thermal agents, rehabilitative exercise, or various taping techniques.

Athletic Therapy

Athletic Therapists are dedicated to providing care for injured athletes. They use various forms of manual therapy, modality, exercises, bracing and taping with a focus on prevention which includes musculoskeletal and postural evaluation, conditioning programs and adapting to the environment.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues, fascia, and joints of the body to augment physical function, reduce tension and relieve pain. Massage therapy treatment provides relief for a wide range of conditions such as headaches, tendonitis, arthritis, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia and sports-related injuries.

Chiropractic Therapy

Chiropractors focus on spinal and joint manipulation to improve range of motion and your body's physical function. An adjustment can relieve pain, correct alignment and improve overall function. Low back pain, neck pain and headaches are the most common problems for which people seek chiropractic adjustment.

Mental Performance

Our strength and conditioning coaches will customize a 1 hour workout for your team or small group and will help to foster a team culture of high performance and commitment in the gym.

Team Facility Access

Our fitness facility is availble to rent should you wish to use the space for your team while using your own coach or trainer. You will get full access to the 10,000 square foot facility and the equipment.

Classroom Rentals

We have two classrooms available to rent. Each room is equipped with white boards, projector screens, projectors and speakers - the perfect set up for a team meeting or video session.
